This course is being taught every other day for 90 minutes. The course will follow the Topic Outline for Calculus BC. Students will be expected to work collaboratively and complete Explorations to discover new topics in Calculus. Students will work together to complete guided practice as well as solve problems using the graphing calculator and other methods to come to conclusions. Lecture for this course is at a minimum, as students will create dialogue in the groups to ascertain conclusions. The main focus for this course is problem solving. Assessments for this course will include both calculator active, and non-calculator parts. Every summative assessment requires students to justify answers.
